This time, the seller was Bea. 😉

This Delray Beach home was an investment property owned with partners, and this one had a whole life before the SOLD sign went up.

We bought it. We renovated the entire home. We rented it. And eventually, we decided it had done its job and it was time to sell. 🔑

We spend most of our days helping other people buy, sell and invest in real estate, but we are big believers in putting our own money where our mouth is.

Real estate investing isn’t always glamorous. There are renovations, tenants, carrying costs, decisions about when to hold and when to let go… but there’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a plan come full circle.

Goodbye, 311. You were good to us. 🥂

Remember the childhood home we said goodbye to last week?

Well… this is what came next. ❤️

One sale. One purchase. Two closings that had to work together.

Our seller from Cooper City was also the BUYER of this home, using the proceeds from the sale of her family home to begin a brand-new chapter of her own.

And a very well-deserved new beginning waiting on the other side. 🔑

These are the transactions we love because real estate isn’t happening in a vacuum. Sometimes selling one home is exactly what makes the next move possible.

Some closings hit a little closer to home. ❤️

This wasn’t just a house. It was the childhood home of a longtime client and friend.

The kind of home that holds decades of family memories, growing up, holidays, ordinary Tuesdays and all the little moments that somehow become the big ones.

Saying goodbye was bittersweet, but there’s something really special about handing those keys to another family who now gets to make it THEIR home because Cooper City is just a gem. 💎 There’s a reason families put down roots here and stay for generations.

One family’s chapter closes. Another one begins.🏡❤️

Now, this was the transaction that kept on giving. 😅

HOA issues with a brand-new management company trying to sort through the previous regime, city plans that had been improperly recorded more than 30 YEARS ago and just when we thought we had solved the problem… there came obstacle to over come.

But here’s the thing about real estate: it’s our job to find a solution. Sometimes you just have to know where to look, who to call Sylvia E. Fernandez, P.A., what questions to ask and when to keep pushing.

And we did… all the way to the closing. 🥂

The pretty photos and SOLD signs are fun. But THIS is the part of real estate experience that really matters.

After 25 years, our seller closed this garage door for the last time.

On the other side was a young family, ready to begin memories of their own.

There’s something incredibly bittersweet about standing between someone’s goodbye and someone else’s new beginning.

One door closed. Another one opened.

What did you do over Labor Day weekend?

I know the trend was to take your family back to the ’80s, but clearly, I couldn’t help myself and had to try ALL the decades. 😂

So my family and I took a stroll through history, from powdered wigs and hoop skirts to butterfly clips and whatever we’ll apparently be wearing in 2150.

Let’s just say Lucas wants to grow a mullet… 🪩💃🕺
