I sold Unit 12 at 2 Columbia Rd. in Pembroke last year on 2/6/23. The owner due to unforeseen personal circumstances called me to let me know he has decided to sell his unit. I listed it on 2/4 and I had an accepted offer on 2/8 and the buyer closed on the property today 2/14. Closed in only 4 business days! From marketing to close was a total of 10 days. That is a record time for me and even though it was a cash offer, in my experience, it is unheard of to close that quickly without a hiccup. The attorneys moved expeditiously to meet a deadline! It is great when things go so smoothly for the seller & buyer.

I hope everyone had a good Summer! I had plans to do work around the house, but it was either going to rain or already had rained so I found myself working through the Summer. One of my previous commercial clients referred his friend to me to sell her residential condo in Rockland. This was my first residential listing and sale besides helping family members purchase their homes. It is an extraordinary market for residential condo owners who are looking to capture above average prices compared to previous markets. It went under agreement in three days at full offer price! The Seller then referred her friend to me to sell his residential condo in Brockton!

On August 1st, 2023, I leased retail space at 808 Washington Street, Unit 5, in Pembroke. The space previously was occupied by the successful Cycle Lodge store. It is now being renovated for a unique concept of offering organic, nutritional, Health related type of products including packaged food items. I will update their intentions & progress as they get closer to opening. The anticipated name of the store is Northern Crow!

Baillie Realty Services Re-SOLD, 2 Columbia Rd., Unit 12, Pembroke. I represented the owner who recently purchased this unit but did not end up using it for its intended purpose. It was a pleasure working with the Buyer, Theodore "Teddy" George, President & CEO of Blue Marble Group, Inc., who purchased Unit 12 and closed on February 6, 2023. It has been several months and an arduous process to find a new site for the Center Pre-School & Child Care. Linda Osborne, the founder and owner has operated out of the Pembroke Center site at 128 Center Street for 38 years! I know Linda and many residents of Pembroke have fond memories of this building and will always cherish them. We tried very hard to locate and secure a space in Pembroke but after such a daunting task with no success we had to consider nearby towns. Linda found a great space @ 409 Columbia Road in Hanover! I negotiated the lease agreement for her. Today, Saturday, April 16, 2022, was moving day. It's a day with mixed emotions, sad and thrilling at the same time. With newly renovated space and many new school-supplies the day care is ready for a new chapter in its history. It was a pleasure working with Linda throughout this process and Thanks to Willliam Chenard, Town Manager & Sabrina Chilcott, Assistant Town Manager for helping this move come to fruition!
The new location is 3 miles from the Center of Pembroke. Follow Barker Street and turn left onto Route 53, Washington Street Pembroke then becomes Columbia Road in Hanover. 409 Columbia Rd., Hanover, Unit 800 is next to East Coast Glass Co., also directly across from Planet Fitness. Congratulations Linda!
