Big news for Pennsylvania families.

Starting in the 2026–27 school year, every PA high school student will be required to take a personal finance course, covering budgeting, credit, and investing statewide. This is one of several new laws taking effect in the new year.

This one matters to me personally. I graduated with a degree in economics, finance, and business management, and I’ve been advocating for financial literacy in schools since my elementary school days. These are real-world skills that directly impact credit, homeownership, and long-term stability.

A meaningful step in the right direction for our kids and our communities.

Feeling full—in the best ways—after the 2025 Realtor Triple Play Convention in AC NJ!

Days like this remind me why I love this industry so much. So much learning, so many real conversations, and the kind of professional friendships that don’t just exchange business cards, but ideas, encouragement, and real support. Grateful for every connection made and every laugh shared between classes and sessions.

I spent time digging deeper into real estate law (always evolving, always important) and picked up a few new property management tricks that I’m excited to put into practice. Love coming home sharper, more confident, and inspired to serve clients even better.

And because balance matters… I made the mandatory stop on the way home for my favorite cheese whiz + provolone cheesesteak at Jim’s in Philadelphia. No notes. No emails. Just a perfect sandwich after a full day of learning.
