Happy Labor Day from Robert Alan Property Management!
Today we’re celebrating the people who keep our communities moving, growing, and feeling like home. We hope everyone gets a chance to slow down, spend time with the people they love, and enjoy the holiday.
Our office will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day and will reopen Tuesday for normal business hours.
If you have an emergency maintenance issue while we’re closed, please submit it through your tenant portal or call our office and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

We are incredibly grateful to share that our team is safe and our offices were protected during yesterday’s fire.

That outcome was only possible because of the extraordinary work of the Pendleton Fire Department, Tribal Fire Department, Pendleton Police Department, CTUIR Tribal Police, and every responding agency and first responder who worked tirelessly to protect our neighborhood.

Our relief is paired with deep sadness for those who lost their homes or were injured. Our hearts are with everyone affected as our community begins to recover.
Thank you to the first responders who stood between our community and an already devastating situation.

Due to a fire near our offices, Robert Alan Property Management will be closed today.

We are incredibly grateful to the Pendleton Fire Department, Pendleton Police Department, and the CTUIR Tribal Police for their fast response, hard work, and commitment to keeping our community safe.

Today we celebrate the snack carriers, spider removers, backyard philosophers, remote-control hoarders, and heroes of the home. You make our lives warmer, louder, weirder, and better.
