After nearly 21 years of dedicated service, Kim Divine of our Coeur d’Alene office has announced her retirement from Pioneer Title, effective July 24, 2026.💙

Kim joined the Pioneer family in August 2005, beginning her career as an Escrow Officer. Through her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service, she was promoted to Escrow Manager in 2022, where she has continued to make a lasting impact on our Coeur d’Alene office, our customers, and her fellow team members.

Throughout her career, Kim has been a trusted resource, a steady leader, and a valued member of the Pioneer family. Her two decades of dedication have helped shape the success of our North Idaho operations, and her contributions will be felt long after her retirement.

As Kim and her husband begin this exciting new chapter, they have sold their home and are looking forward to traveling the country in their RV, creating new memories and enjoying all that retirement has to offer.

Greg has been a valued part of Pioneer Title since 2006 and will celebrate 20 years with the company this September. Since 2024, he has served as Assistant Escrow Manager in our Rifleman office, where his leadership, industry knowledge, and team-first approach have made a lasting impact.

April joined PTC in 2005 and celebrates 21 years with the company this June. With experience spanning both title and escrow, she brings a deep understanding of the industry along with a strong commitment to leadership and service excellence.

As you know, we shared that beginning March 1, 2026, new federal anti-money laundering (AML) rules from FinCEN were scheduled to require reporting on certain real estate transactions, including some all-cash purchases and transactions involving entities.

However, on March 19, 2026, a federal court ruling vacated the rule, meaning it cannot be enforced at this time. In response, we are pausing FinCEN reporting and related information collection unless otherwise required. (Transactions involving foreign entities may still be subject to federal reporting requirements).

Ted has been part of the Pioneer Title family for more than 32 years, including over 21 years in leadership roles. He began his career in 1993 as a delivery driver and property inspector before moving into the title department and later the escrow team at our Rifleman office.

Over the years, Ted has served in a wide range of roles across the company — including Business Development Representative, Escrow Officer, Senior Escrow Officer, and Escrow Manager, where he led our Eagle office and later served as Gem County Escrow Manager.

Having worked in so many facets of our operation, Ted brings a deep understanding of our business, our clients, and our people — making him a natural and perfect choice to lead our Ada County operations.
