Over the past few weeks, I’ve worn my project manager hat coordinating all the details that go into getting a home truly market-ready:

✔️ Junk removal
✔️ Deep cleaning + floor cleaning
✔️ Gutters, garage clean-out, and power washing
✔️ Window washing
✔️ Staging
✔️ Professional photography

And we’re not quite done yet—there’s still a car to sell and a few small repairs to wrap up between the holidays.

This process is a good reminder that so much goes on behind the scenes to thoughtfully prepare a home for its next owner. It’s hard work—but incredibly rewarding when everything finally comes together.
