Today is a great day to list or buy a home. There is virtually very little inventory so homes are moving relatively fast if priced properly. In today's market, in many cases, homes are bringing asking price if not more. This may not sound advantageous if you're a buyer, but interest rates have never been more attractive. If you're thinking of listing your home and would like a no obligation market analysis to determine a listing price, please don't hesitate to call.
