My husband, Matt, has invested in quite a few "flip" properties throughout the years. Infact, that is how I originally found my way into real estate. Anyway, as I look through the MLS hotsheets each morning and watch the properties selling within 24-48 hours...I wish we had some to sell now !!!!!
