New update for the company‼️
The beginning of this year we closed a chapter on our first rental property and sold it. Today we closed on our first true "flip" house! Wish us luck 🤞 we hope to document everything for you all to see!

We closed a chapter in our book today. We sold the first rental property we ever bought, and we are super excited to expand further into the house flipping process! We are gracious for the renters we've had over the past few years and even happier to say that our last renters are now the new owners of the home!

We've been working hard on the house, and it's looking awesome! We just had the dining room floors resurfaced to bring some life back to the original hardwood, and it's hard not to love it. We also got the appliances for the kitchen, so the whole place is just about ready. Keep checking in here to see the living room and the bedrooms as soon as we've got the floor finished and the walls painted!
