Lee graduated from the Temple University School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Philadelphia PA, and the George School in Newtown PA. He has conducted his real estate business since 1981 with varying skill sets, from sales to design. He has been an Area Management Coordinator for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Bucks County; a state licensed and certif
ied Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a design consultant for numerous and various renovation projects throughout the Delaware Valley, as well as the owner of an independent real estate brokerage company for 30 years. He holds a designation as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and is a long standing member of the local, PA state, NJ State, and National Association of Realtors. A long time area resident of the region, Lee moved from Levittown PA to Pennington NJ in 2001 with his wife and two children. He is an active member in the community; he has served as a member of the Pennington Borough Parks and Recreation Commission. He has also participated as a fund raiser, volunteer, treasurer, and board member of the Pennington Day, Inc. He is now a Broker of Record for Pennsylvania and Broker Associate in New Jersey at River Valley Realty, LLC in Lambertville. Lee manages our PA brokerage transactions, in addition to representing our commercial and property management clients. Lee offers services to clients throughout Bucks, Mercer, Burlington, and Hunterdon Counties. He is experienced in both commercial and residential properties and acts on behalf of sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants both as an agent and on a consulting basis.
