I bring a unique understanding of the planning and zoning process in New Jersey’s 566 municipalities which is a very important element in most real estate transactions. I am an active member of the Pennington Business and Professional Association.

After 31 years, Wednesday night was my last official appearance as a Pennington Planning Board member. It was a great experience in large part due to a fine group of fellow board members over the years, and excellent professionals, mayors and borough council members. If you have the opportunity to participate you should! Special thanks to Kate O'Neill who has served with me (other than a brief hiatus) the whole time!
