Our Land Development services include the preparation of Subdivision Plans, Land Development Plans, Floodplain Studies, FEMA Floodplain certification, PaDEP, PaDOT and NPDES permitting. Incorporated since 1996, our project list runs the gamut from small subdivisions to major residential communities consisting of several hundred units, office parks in excess of one-half million s.f., movie theater

complexes, industrial parks and open space preservation projects of thousands of acres. I have attached a partial list of clients and the projects we have completed for them. You will no doubt recognize some of the names. As a small firm our three principals are intimately involved with each and every project and our field survey crews are often able to offer next day service. Over the past 14 years we have established a clientele which consistently offers us repeat business, something of which we are very proud. With over 75 years of combined land development experience, we have a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of development in Pennsylvania and the myriad of permits, approvals and issues that can occur. We have strong and respected relationships with other professionals in the field, such as environmental consultants, traffic engineers and law firms, working closely with each of them as necessary to procure the required approvals.

There are two types of residential building violations that can be issued.
