!!! N E W KITCHEN L O A D I N G !!!
Some major progress the last few days in this Pennsville Kitchen 😍🥰 Finishing up some crown molding, trim, cabinet hardware tomorrow then next week we will be getting granite installed as well as tiled backsplash and new appliances!

Moving right along at this remodel for our client who is utilizing a 203k Renovation loan to fund this remodel (& purchase of the home)!
Absolutely love the homeowner's hardwood floor selection and we can't wait to see it when it's done!!!

Roof is complete- all the plywood under the old shingles were bad, so we had it all removed and replaced before proceeding. Pictured here is our siding crew beginning to replace the plywood on the exterior of the home so that we can ensure this siding lasts for years and years to come! Don't forget those brand new Andersen Windows 😍 Gorgeous!!!

Forgot to grab pics after the final punch list, but you get the idea!!! FRESH! CLEAN! & BRAND SPANKIN' NEW!

We are working our way through this customer's house updating it one space at a time. Here are some before and after's from the bathroom/hallway....

We closed off the door entrance to the linen closet from inside the bathroom and moved the closet door/entrance to the hallway. This created space to move the vanity to a new location inside the bathroom to allow more room to access the tub/shower. We also installed a cabinet opening above the vanity so she could still access towels & washcloths from INSIDE the bathroom! 🤯 This layout is WAY more functional! We are always down to think outside of the box and get creative with customers!
