The headlines can tell you it’s a “bad time to buy.”
Interest rates can change. The market can shift. And there will ALWAYS be a reason someone tells you to wait.

But real life doesn’t wait for the “perfect” market.

Families grow. Jobs change. People relocate. Rent goes up. The right house comes along. Sometimes you simply realize your current home doesn’t fit your life anymore.

And that’s why I’ll never tell someone they need to buy or sell just because of what the market is doing.

JUST CLOSED in Pueblo West! 🏡🤍

Fun fact: these clients first reached out to me LAST October to go see a house. Almost a year later, we finally found the one!

Buying a home isn’t always a quick process, and it doesn’t have to be. Sometimes it takes a few weeks, sometimes a few months, and sometimes almost a year. There’s no pressure and no timeline you have to follow. I’m here to guide you, answer questions, send homes, tour when you’re ready, and stick with you until the right one comes along.

But my favorite part of this one? Somewhere along the way, these clients turned into friends. 🥹 She’s babysits my kiddo, our kids have play dates, they’ve attended my kids birthday parties together, and now I got to be there when they closed on their home.

THIS is why I love what I do. The houses are great, but the relationships that come from it are even better. 🤍

Funny how sometimes the house you almost skip ends up being THE ONE. 🥹🏡

This home was actually one I added to our showing schedule that my clients originally didn’t even want to see. We decided to check it out anyway… and the second we got there, everything changed. They fell in love. 🤎

Now it’s officially CLOSED, and my VA buyers are getting the upgrade they were looking for with more land and a place that feels right for them.
