The sweetest newlywed couple, buying their very first home. 🥹🏡

Sometimes the first house you fall in love with just isn’t the one. Whether it’s the appraisal, inspection, negotiations, or something completely unexpected, things don’t always go according to plan.

But I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and this time, the second house was the charm. 💕 My buyers couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out.

The hard conversations, the negotiating, the 10 PM worried texts and phone calls, and figuring out what comes next when Plan A doesn’t work out… THAT is what I’m here for.

Consider this your warning: Cañon City locals take these things personally. 😂⚠️

Pronounce Cañon like “cannon,” act like Blossom Weekend is just another weekend, skip Whitewater Festival, or disrespect one of our longtime local favorites and you might get a little side-eye. 👀

Then came THREE days of negotiating back and forth, but we stayed patient, worked through the details, and put together a deal that made all that waiting worth it.

I know rates are what everyone talks about, but waiting around for the “perfect” rate could mean putting your plans on hold for who knows how long.

The better question is: does buying make sense for YOU right now?

What would your monthly payment look like? How long do you plan to stay? Have you outgrown your current home or are you tired of renting? And most importantly, what can we negotiate to make the numbers work?

Two first-time buyers UNDER CONTRACT in one day! 🏡🥹🤍

Helping someone buy their first home is something I will never take lightly. It’s one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and I want my buyers to feel educated, confident, and supported through every step of it.
