Must have reliable transportation. Full time position Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Must be self motivated, customer service orientated, and be able to take direction from management. Must be physically fit for responsibilities to include lifting, navigating stairs while carrying materials, bending, working on knees, pulling, pushing, walking, fine motor skills, etc. Must be able to pass criminal background check, have a good driving record, be authorized to work in the United States, and pass a drug test.
Duties include General and preventative maintenance both inside and outside the 90 unit building. To include but not limited to replacing light bulbs and fixtures, painting, landscaping, cleaning of bathroom and lobby.
Must be pool certified or willing to learn to maintain a large pool to acquire certification.
Pay is based upon experience and ability to meet position requirements and responsibilities. Specific holidays and paid vacation after 90 day probation period.

Must be self motivated, customer service orientated, and able to take direction from Management. Must be physically fit for responsibilities to include lifting, navigating stairs while carrying materials, bending, working on knees, pulling, pushing, walking, fine motor skills, etc. Must be able to pass background check, have good driving record, be authorized to work in the United States, and pass a drug test.

Duties include general Housekeeping and preventative maintenance both inside and outside the 90 unit building. To include but not limited to emptying trash cans and pet waste containers, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, cleaning elevator floors and walls, washing windows, cleaning all wall fixtures, vacuum rugs and mats, straighten carts in lobby and breezeway, sweep and clean stairwells, clean exercise room, clean clubhouse and appliances, and assist with landscaping duties.

Starting pay is $12 an hour. Specific holidays and paid vacation after 90 day probation period.

What a cool postcard.
Spend a vacation or a lifetime on beautiful Santa Rosa Island. Amenities include lighted tennis courts, olympic-size swimming pool and panoramic views of the Gulf and Sound.

I wish it had a date on it. Must have been around 1985/1986.

I have included a photo of the almost complete update to the hallways and a photo of the hallways that we are replacing right now
