olitical science and his Master’s degree in psychology from Georgia State. Mark was born in Pensacola has lived in East Hill and Pensacola Beach. After living In Atlanta for 20 years, Mark returned to the Pensacola market in 2000 to start his real estate business. 2010 saw Mark voted Best Local Realtor by IN Weekly’s annual poll. Mark has also been featured in the IN Weekly’s “Power List” of the most influential figures in the Greater Pensacola Area for the past five years. Mark has served as President of the Board for Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, is currently on the board of the Humane Society and also previously served on the board of directors for Favor House. He lives in Gulf Breeze and is an avid runner and swimmer, as well as a devoted Gator fan. Gary Michaels

With the continued expansion of our business, Gary Michaels joined Mark and Cherry in 2007 after 20 years in the health care industry, most recently as Vice President of Operations for Delta Health Group. Now a full-time real estate agent, he oversees the team's operations and business development while specializing in executive relocation, short sales and helping buyers find second homes. Originally from the Berkshires in Massachusetts, Gary has also lived on Cape Cod and throughout the state of Florida. He moved to Pensacola in 1997 and currently resides on the water in Gulf Breeze. Besides Gary's extensive sales and marketing experience, he has renovated multiple properties and brings his expertise and contacts to clients. The IN Weekly Power List has featured Gary three years in a row as one of the most influential figures in the Greater Pensacola Area. Gary received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Marketing from Adams State College. He also holds a master's degree in Business from Nova University. Gary is currently on the board of directors for both Capital Trust Agency and Children's Home Society (after also having been board president), and has also served on the Leadership Council for Hospice. He enjoys running, working out, home renovation and boating. Cherry Fitch

Cherry Fitch joined Mark in 2006 after spending 30+ years in the Gulf Breeze school system as a teacher, guidance counselor, assistant principal, and principal of Gulf Breeze High School. Now a full-time real estate agent licensed in Florida, Cherry specializes in tours, relocation services and assisting buyers in finding their perfect home. Cherry’s firsthand knowledge and contacts within the local school system have been invaluable to helping families relocate to the Gulf Coast. Cherry received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of West Florida. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida and another in Counseling from Troy State College. Cherry has received numerous honors throughout her years as an educator at Gulf Breeze High School, including 2005 Florida High School Principal of the Year. She has been nominated for the combined Rotary of Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Ethics in Business Award. Cherry is a native of the area and resides in Gulf Breeze. She is active in the United Methodist Church, Gulf Breeze Rotary Club, Impact 100 and Santa Rosa Education Board. Cherry currently serves on Gulf Breeze City Council and the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Stephan Vance

Stephan Vance joined the team in 2017 as the marketing director and Realtor. As part of the listing team, his years of working in the marketing agency industry and as a photographer allows us to ensure your property presentation and marketing will be top notch. Stephan attended the University of West Florida for his undergraduate degree in marketing and management with certificates in professional selling and sales management. While in college, he also attended Lingnam University in Hong Kong as part of an international business study abroad program. In 2020, Stephan was selected as one of Inweekly’s Rising Stars. Stephan is a Pensacola native and currently resides in East Hill. In his spare time, Stephan enjoys photography, local food and spending time with his Wife and Daughters. Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson is a Pensacola area native, growing up in Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze. In 2004, he began his real estate career and quickly escalated to a multi-million-dollar producer by utilizing his suburb area knowledge, high-quality customer service, and real estate expertise. Since then, he has closed more than 1,100 transactions and his sales volume consistently ranks him within the top 1% of all Pensacola Bay Area real estate agents. His proven success and leadership led Levin Rinke Realty to promote him to Sales Manager in 2013, and where he actively provides mentorship, industry training, and technical expertise to all agents within the company. Jeremy is a University of Florida graduate and holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He lives in Pensacola Beach, volunteers with the Gulf Breeze Sports Association and enjoys running and fishing on the island. Rachael Johnson

Rachael Johnson is a lifelong resident of the Pensacola area, born and raised in the Cordova Park area. Her extensive knowledge of the area provides clients with a high-level expertise of everything Pensacola has to offer. She joined the Mark Lee Team in 2020 and rapidly established herself as a multi-million-dollar producer. Rachael currently leads our Corporate and Physician Relation programs and is a buyer specialist utilizing her expansive industry network to ensure high-quality transactions. She provides concierge-level customer service to all her clients and delivers an unparalleled buying or selling experience. Prior to joining the Mark Lee Team, Rachael served as a professional services consultant for 14 years with a publicly traded corporation. Rachael volunteers for Fiesta Pensacola, is an IMPACT100 member, and active in several Mardi Gras krewes. She is a Leadership Pensacola alumna and in 2010 Independent Weekly selected her as a “Rising Star”. Rachael resides in Pensacola Beach with her husband, Jeremy, and their son. Aisha Boster

Aisha Boster joined Levin Rinke in 2020 and the Mark Lee Team in January 2022. Aisha was born and raised in Southern California and Attended Mt. Jacinto College in 2000 pursuing her degree in Childhood Education and playing soccer for the Eagles. Aisha’s academic and athletic pursuit was placed on hold in the spring of 2001 as she was diagnosed with (AML) Leukemia. After a year-long battle, 6 rounds of chemotherapy and a new perspective on life Aisha channeled her passion for Real Estate and became a licensed real estate agent in Indian Wells, California where she joined the Yeoman group. Recipients of the International President's Elite Award, a distinction reserved for the highest producing agents in Real Estate sales. Now licensed in the state of Florida Aisha specializes in: relocation, community tours and assisting buyers in finding their forever dream home or investment properties while upholding top level customer service.
