Rise & shine on Johnson Beach. Oh what a beautiful morning on Perdido Key in Florida with no state income taxes. Also, Florida doesn't tax Food & has white, sandy beaches & dunes in Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Facebook is telling me, Patricia L.Smith of Remax Gulf Properties on Perdido Key to post a new real estate deal. Well the deal of the day is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Luxury residence in Vista del Mar Perdido Key. Preconstruction prices in 2014 ranged from $425k up to $99k. The building which is my Home was the 1st to be built since 2004. Prices have doubled for some of the 64 units that have Best views on the key in my humble opinion. There is only 1 for sale today in Pensacola MLS. However 2 current owners want to sell. They do Not want anyone in their Fabulous residences until Covid 19 has disappeared.
