💖 5 Years of Krystina 💖
Today we’re celebrating someone who has been an incredible part of the Bywater family for the last five years!
Krystina, aka Ktina, is the definition of dependable. She’s the person who jumps in when something needs to get done, finds a solution when there doesn’t seem to be one, and shows up for her team day after day without hesitation. Whether she’s answering questions, tackling challenges, moving appliances, helping residents, supporting her coworkers, or simply being someone people can count on, she does it all with heart.
She is hardworking, loyal, compassionate, intelligent, genuine, and one of the most selfless people you could ever meet. She loves this company fiercely, protects it like it's her own, and cares deeply about the people around her. She’s the teammate you call when you need help, the friend who always shows up, and the kind of person who makes everyone around her better.
Most importantly, Ktina is unapologetically herself! Funny, strong, caring, determined, and always willing to go above and beyond.
