We are seeking a Full-time Assistant Manager for 2 properties— unique Pensacola homes for rent in Pensacola, FL
If you’re upbeat, have strong sales experience and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, then you’ll be on fire as our sales professional – who does much more than simply sell. This diverse role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes to interested prospects.
As a Assistant Manager, you will manage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting our apartments and communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement. You will maintain these relationships by providing excellent customer service and helping current residents resolve problems as they arise.
A successful Assistant Manager must demonstrate strong sales and customer service, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail also required. Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework desirable. Some weekends.
Schedule:
5 days a week

We are searching for a full-time Maintenance team member! The right team member will help to keep the property clean and maintain maintenance requests with pride for our deserving residents.
Responsibilities
-Knowledge of general maintenance
-Knowledge of flooring installation
-Maintain the grounds and clean all breeze ways
-Assist Service Manager with calls after hours (2 weeks on-call rotation)
-Assist with Make-Ready turns
-Painting
-Light lawn care (weeds, shrubs, etc..)
-General repair and maintenance of appliances, interior and exterior building repairs, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, etc.
-Must be thorough, reliable, honest, and service-oriented.
