2024 was a big year! Thank you to all the realtors and clients that entrusted me with their home inspection, it is truly an honor to serve you all. Also a big thank you to my family for all your support. There were a lot of long weekends and late nights, but what a blessing to have the work. I look forward to the new year and to continuing my relationships with all my realtors!

This week I have come across several AC condenser units that were not properly secured. Here in Pensacola and the Gulf Coast, we are required to have these secured to avoid them becoming a flying object during high wind events! The is one of many things that can easily be overlooked before listing your house. Todays Fun Find: I don’t think this is an approved material for this area! Depending on the fuel used, furnace flues can get up to 400*F! This is a good reminder to not skip on a home inspection.
