So, there's an interesting concept in real estate, particularly in commercial real estate, called intangible assets. These are the parts of a business that cannot be physically realized, such as their reputation, their customer base or their brand. I would like to bring some attention to a local Pensacola business that has a lot going on in this department. That business is Adonna's Garden St. Cafe and Bakery. The outside of the shop is fairly unassuming, but as you walk into the shop you are ushered into an elegant scene, perfect for a coffee date with friends, an office brunch or even a venue for an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower or wedding reception. The dining experience is no less elegant than the venue and the service is second to none.

I would like to kick this page off with what might be a lesser known, but very much worthwhile, experience that Pensacola has to offer. The Palafox Market is a great place to meet new people and support local businesses. Here you'll find everything from art, to fresh veggies and herbs, to holistic medicines and while you're there you can listen to some local music. I had such a good time stopping and talking to some of the booth owners like Sabina with A Gift To Africa , Amy with Thrive Health and stopping for coffee at De Luna Coffee The only thing I didn't find there yet is a booth for fresh local fruit. Perhaps a business venture worth looking into.
