Here are a few simple things to check around the house:

🔥 Test your smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
🌧️ Clear leaves and debris away from gutters and drains
🚪 Check weather stripping around doors and windows
💧 Keep an eye out for leaks, moisture, or signs of water intrusion
🌳 Clear loose limbs and debris from around your yard — especially during hurricane season!

A little preventative maintenance can go a LONG way toward keeping your home happy and preventing bigger problems later. 🛠️✨

And tenants — if you notice something that needs professional attention, don't wait until it becomes a bigger issue! Be sure to submit a maintenance request so it can be addressed. 😊

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the bravery, courage, and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember those who never made it home.
We honor the families whose lives were forever changed.
We recognize the heroes who ran toward danger to help others.
And we remember the strength and unity our country showed in the days that followed.

May we continue to carry that spirit of compassion, courage, and togetherness with us.
