I have to share one of the most incredible closing stories of my career, happening just one day before Thanksgiving!
Back in July, I crossed paths with a wonderful gentleman—a 100% disabled veteran—who was experiencing homelessness. I was able to help him secure one of my rental properties, and the very day we met, he looked me in the eye and declared his goal was to own a home. Rewind to 14 days ago, he showed up at my office on his bicycle with the most incredible news: he was pre-approved for a $300,000 loan! We mapped out a plan, found the perfect brand new, 4-bed, 2-bath DRHorton home in Pensacola, and went under contract immediately. Today, just 14 days later, we CLOSED!
