This one was so big, Pixie even gave me a high five! The photo doesn’t do it justice and this family is super private so I’m not going to tell you exactly where it is, but this is a stunning water view home absolutely made for the family that embraces outdoor living and entertaining. And this sweet family! They’ve joked that they tried my patience, but real talk? They’ve become some of my favorite people. 🥰 It took a bit of a journey - and one contract that didn’t work out - to find the right home for them, but it was worth it to land on this beauty that appraised for well over their purchase price. Happy Closing Day, indeed!

Phew - this weekend I weekended HARD. Slides 1-9 - if my first experience exploring some of Florida’s natural Springs looks downright magical that’s because it was! So grateful for the chance to get out and celebrate my friend‘s birthday and get an introduction to a whole different way to experience life on the water in Florida. I will definitely be going back to the river as often as possible this summer!

Last side proof of life that I made it to our Krewe of Saint Patrick Easter bonnet brunch on Sunday after a whole day on the water.

Well, I started out strong in January for getting back into a more consistent, running schedule. Then February and March hit with weather and getting busy and injury.

So it’s slow and steady and careful with workouts right now, but since I’ve given so much space to lament older properties that get demolished - swipe for a cheerful update on one of the oldest homes in East Pensacola Heights that IS getting another chance at life!

Closed out the birthday week with the best kind of closing - one that brings me new neighbors! Sooo happy for my friends to have found their family home just around the way, on a cul de sac in the shade of a glorious mature oak tree. I can’t wait to see how they bring this home into its next chapter!
