⚠️ Loan Programs & Seller Concession Limits:

Conventional Primary Residence
Down payment less than 10%: Seller concessions up to 3% ⚠️
Down payment between 10-25%:Seller concessions up to 6% ⚠️
Down payment more than 25%: Seller concessions up to 9% ⚠️

Second Home
Down payment between 10-25%: Seller concessions up to 6% ⚠️
Down payment more than 25%: Seller concessions up to 9% ⚠️

Investment Property
Seller concessions up to 2% ⚠️

USDA Loans
