Thank you Shane and Salome for allowing me to be your realtor on this transaction. You all selected to purchase a fixer upper. A smart investment that takes work but, you can say in the end you did it together making memories. I love that this home is so close to where Shane is a teacher for young children. It was so nice to get away with our 3 adult children and ten grandkids in Sevierville Tennessee this past week. Lots of laughs, memories, and have to mention the views. Personally sat out back with coffee and devotional time with our Lord.
It was so peaceful and restful.
Thank you all for putting this together for mom and I to enjoy with you. ❤️

Congratulations to the Hung family. Finding the perfect home to accommodate mom and dad as well was so satisfying. Foundation Title did a great job closing. Hats off to Cornerstone Mortgage who was the second lender, they came on board and help close this sale in two weeks, incredible work. A special Ty to our daughter Kimberly who was our T/C while we were on a planned vacation for two weeks.

Honestly it’s been a tough year for the buyers with interest rates still high. Some customers are in a waiting mode. Touching base with these clients is very important to me.
