One of Pensacola's most recognizable commercial properties has entered its next chapter. The sale of One Energy Place has closed, with Michael Carro, CCIM, of SVN SouthLand Commercial representing both the buyer and seller and bringing the buyer to the table.

The approximately 250,000-SF waterfront Class A office building will remain under local ownership. It enters this next phase with more than 127,000 SF of leases signed before closing and another 110,000 SF in aggregate active negotiation.

For nearly four decades, the property served as a single corporate headquarters. It is now being repositioned as a multi-tenant workplace designed to bring new businesses, jobs, and energy to the Pensacola waterfront.
