Sales of single-family homes above $1 million were up more than 27% year over year, and after recently touring this home in Four Mile Village in Sandestin, I can understand why.

This home is something you have to see in person. Sitting on 2.5 acres of gorgeous wooded property, it blends privacy, incredible finishes and indoor-outdoor living in a way that feels completely effortless.

And then there are the details…

The outdoor living space and pool are incredible. The finishes throughout the home are beautiful. There’s even a wine cooler tucked behind the kitchen.

But my favorite discovery? The primary closet has a ladder. Naturally, I named it the “Beauty & the Beast” ladder.

There were so many thoughtful and unexpected features throughout this home that made it stand out. This is the kind of house where every time you turn the corner, there’s something else that makes you stop and look.

This one was a journey, but so worth it.

We spent an entire weekend touring homes and looking at just about everything available on the MLS, but nothing felt quite right. My buyers knew exactly what they wanted—a specific floor plan, a larger lot with room for their dogs to roam and space for a pool.

When we couldn't find it on the market, I got creative. I started searching beyond active listings, reaching out to agents to see if any homeowners with the perfect home might be interested in selling. And it worked—we found the one!

Today, I had the privilege of handing them the keys to a beautiful home that checks every single box on their wish list.

In love with this home in East Hill…the gas lantern on the front porch, the gorgeous first and second kitchen, the spacious primary, back yard space and pool…..I could keep going or you could just call me to see it in person.
