There’s something special about staying connected throughout a transaction, especially when it takes a few turns before everything finally falls into place. 🏡✨
I recently referred a client to an agent in Starkville, Mississippi, and chose to stay loyal to the ERA network. After interviewing him, I felt confident he would be a great fit for my client. From the beginning, it was very clear how much he cares about the people he represents. His communication, patience, and consistency stood out immediately.
This was not an easy transaction either. It took three contracts before everything finally came together. One contract fell through due to an inspection issue, and another because of the seller. None of those situations reflected on him or the way he handled the transaction. Throughout every offer, update, and obstacle, we stayed in contact. 🤝
Last Friday, we finally got the opportunity to meet in person while he happened to be in my area… and just so happened, closing day was that exact same day. Full circle moment. 🙌
I’m incredibly thankful for his patience and the level of care he showed while navigating this transaction. He is truly talented at what he does, and it’s easy to see he has a very successful real estate career ahead of him. I also admire that he continues investing in his education and growth within the industry. 📚
