This closing we all felt like was never going to happen. We thought it was an April fools joke, but after 5 months, and a ton of patience from all parties involved, we got it closed! My buyer and I hugged like 5 times, it was really surreal that we made it against all odds. Thank you for trusting me as your realtor. So excited for you and your family!

This closing was bittersweet. My sister and her family moved to be close to me and my kids. This was a long process which involved them living with us since September and about 100 house showings. It was a bit stressful at times, but we finally made it to the finish line. I’m so happy I was able to be the one to help you find your forever home. Now to make lots of memories in your new house! I got a call late Thursday night from an agent in Tampa saying that I was referred as the go to agent in the Pensacola area to her from a Latino networking group. She asked me to take care of her buyer that was coming this weekend to look at homes to relocate for a job position. We spent all of Saturday looking at homes all across Pensacola, but once she saw this new build with no HOA and the builders 4.99% interest rate, it was a done deal. Can’t wait to see her and her family move into this great home!

Congratulations to my out-of-state military buyers on closing on your very first home! I can’t wait to see what this young family does to this place. I was able to negotiate $10,000 off list price, 4% in Seller concessions that covered all of their closing costs, buying down their rate and they walked away at closing with $1600! Not to mention all of the repairs, I was also able to negotiate. I want to thank Crystal Nay with Mortgage Brokers of the South for helping my first time home buyers. One of my childhood friends reached out to me about looking to buy a house. To be honest, she’s more like family. Our mom’s were best friends for years. I felt so honored she chose me to be her realtor. This transaction was a tough one though. I think we were all growing a few new gray hairs 😅 but we made it to the closing table! Every time we had a stressful moment, she would mention how she just wanted a margarita by the pool in her new home. Well, I made sure she was going to have the best margaritas 💕 Thank you to Jimmy Arteca at Fairway Independent Mortgage Arrowhead for being so patient and working so hard to get this one closed.
