Great news for buyers and Sellers!! What's spurring the uptick in Buyer interest we have seen early this spring?? The answer may be multi-faceted. There is a pent-up buyer demand from the past two years of high interest rates and buyer mentality of "waiting for" either prices to drop or interest rates to drop. With improved interest rates we are seeing Buyers coming back to the market! We expect a good Spring season for both buyers and sellers.

The average 30-year rate fell to 6.01% and the 15-year to 5.35%. Lower borrowing costs may draw buyers back, steady sellers and boost activity for agents this spring.
