Jon Shell is a Pensacola native who graduated from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After several years of working as a single agent, Jon began to develop a vision for a real estate team. Knowing that it was imperative to maintain a high level of service to clients and consistently exceed expectations throughout the entire process of buying or sel

ling a home, he realized that doing it on his own was not an option. Today, The Shell Group consists of Jon Shell and Michael James.

In Jon’s spare time, he enjoys surfing, skating, fishing, and working with a non-profit organization he founded called Upward Intuition. The mission of Upward Intuition is to inspire and empower the next generations for a greater community. Their current project is the planning and development of a recently-approved community park underneath I-110. The park will be anchored with a world-class skatepark and will include activities and amenities for people of all ages and interests. The overarching goal is for the park to be the catalyst for the revitalization of the I-110 corridor that is the gateway into Pensacola's downtown and waterfront.
