What stood out most was Bill’s honesty and genuine care. He gave us an honest market analysis of Pensacola and the surrounding areas and never pressured us into making a decision. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart.

Mr. Sheffield is a dream realtor, the perfect embodiment of everything you want in not only a realtor, but a human being as well. He was honest, easy going, joyful, humble, kind, straight shooter, tenacious, thoughtful, and bent over backwards to make our deal go through when we needed it to. The Pensacola Beach Air Show takes place every July and is a fantastic event for locals and visitors alike.

Happy 4th of July! I hope you're gearing up for a fantastic holiday weekend filled with good food, great company, and hopefully a little beach time.

Independence Day always hits a little differently here in the greater Pensacola area. We aren't just celebrating America's history - we live in it! From our roots dating back to 1559 as America's first European settlement, to our deep, proud ties with the Navy, this community truly embodies the American spirit. There's nothing quite like hearing the roar of the Blue Angels over the Gulf to remind us of the incredible service and sacrifice of our Active Duty and Veteran neighbors who call this part of paradise home.

Whether you're firing up the grill in the backyard, watching the fireworks reflect off the water at Pensacola Beach, or just dreaming of spending the 4th here with us one day, it truly doesn't get any better than the Gulf Coast.

If you're heading out to see the fireworks Saturday night, a couple of great spots to catch the action are the Pensacola Beach show starting at 8:30 PM, or the Symphony Sparks & Stars over Pensacola Bay kicking off around 9:00 PM.

5 Starr Google review for David 17 hours agoDavid Lewallyn has been nothing but the best realtor I have ever worked with! After an extensive interview process, my wife and I went with David, and we’re glad we did. He’s upfront, honest, extremely knowledgeable of the area and most importantly, a family man! As out of state buyers, we knew we could trust David with our FaceTime walkthroughs, to putting in the offer,
