This closing is a special one for me. Last fall I had the honor of helping this sweet family purchase their home, and now I had the privilege of helping them sell another property as they move into their next chapter.

We were fortunate to have this one under contract in just 4 days, and today it officially closed.

I truly adore this little family and feel so grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me. Being part of these moments and helping people through such important transitions is something I never take for granted.

This closing is a special one for me. Last fall I had the honor of helping this sweet family purchase their home, and now I had the privilege of helping them sell another property as they move into their next chapter.

I used to be a teacher.
Now I negotiate contracts, explain VA loans, and apparently owe half of Navarre margaritas, coffee… and edible arrangements.
And no… not the kind of edibles you’re thinking about.
