💙 A Heart for Service That Never Changes 💙

At Sunrise Apartments, we are incredibly grateful for the people who continue to make a difference in the lives of our residents—even after they’ve moved on to new opportunities.

Today, we’d like to recognize our dear friend and former Assistant Property Manager, Heather Gras Holsenback, whose heart for serving others has always been evident. During her time at Sunrise, she was always willing to jump in wherever she was needed—helping make event shirts, decorating the office, supporting resident activities, and doing whatever it took to make our community events a success.

That same servant’s heart continues to shine today. Through Stirling Properties volunteer program, Heather was able to log the hours she spent volunteering in her community and then convert those volunteer hours into a $250 charitable donation. She chose to direct that donation to Northwest Florida Community Outreach to help support the residents of Sunrise Apartments.

We are incredibly proud of Heather and thankful that she continues to pour into the community she once served so faithfully. We’re also grateful to Stirling Properties for encouraging volunteerism and providing employees with meaningful opportunities to give back to causes they care about.

Heather, thank you for your unwavering kindness, your generous spirit, and your continued commitment to serving others. Your actions are a beautiful reminder that true service doesn’t end when a job does—it comes from the heart, and yours has always been full of compassion.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together to serve others.

Sunrise Apartments was honored to host a food giveaway in partnership with Northwest Florida Community Outreach. Thanks to this incredible collaboration, our residents had access to meats, dairy products, pantry staples, and so much more.

We are especially grateful to our staff who volunteered their time to help unload, organize, and set up for today’s event. Your willingness to lend a helping hand is a true reflection of the caring spirit of our community.

A heartfelt thank you to Northwest Florida Community Outreach for your continued partnership and unwavering commitment to helping our residents. Together, we are making a real difference—one act of kindness at a time.

Craft Day Fun at Sunrise Apartments!

Our clubhouse was filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of creativity as our amazing young residents enjoyed an afternoon of arts, crafts, coloring, and tasty treats!

From cutting and coloring to showing off their masterpieces, every child brought their own special imagination to the table. Moments like these remind us that building a community is about more than providing a place to live—it’s about creating opportunities for our children to learn, connect, and make lasting memories.

A huge thank you to the parents who joined us and helped make the day so special. We can’t wait for our next event!

🎉 99 Reasons to Celebrate! 🎉

Today, we want to say THANK YOU to our amazing residents!

As many of you know, preparing for our recent NSPIRE inspection required a lot of teamwork. Our staff spent countless hours walking units, following up on repairs, and making sure everything was inspection-ready—even on weekends. Throughout the process, our residents showed patience, understanding, and cooperation, and we truly appreciate it.

We are proud to share that Sunrise Apartments received a score of 99!

While we are incredibly proud of our staff’s hard work, this achievement belongs to our entire Sunrise Community. Every resident who welcomed us into their home, communicated with our team, completed requested items, and worked alongside us helped make this possible.
