Dear Valued Tenants,

As many of you are aware, Hurricane Helene has intensified and is currently projected to make landfall between Panama City and Keaton Beach. This storm is now forecasted to hit as a Category 4 hurricane. It will pass very close to Tallahassee, bringing hurricane-force winds that may extend inland, impacting parts of Georgia as it moves swiftly through the region.

Fortunately, our local area is situated on the more favorable side of the storm and we will see very little activity from it. Earlier this week, our maintenance team was proactive in preparing for this event by clearing gutters and inspecting, securing all of our managed properties as soon as we learned of the potential storm threat. With over 40 years of experience in emergency response management, we are well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

We are keeping our family, NAI colleagues, and fellow Floridians in our thoughts as Hurricane Helene nears. Our hopes are for your safety during this storm. As many of you may be aware, Helene is currently classified as a category 2 hurricane, with wind speeds reaching 100 mph. It is projected to make landfall on Florida's Big Bend this evening, potentially escalating to a category 3 hurricane, which poses a significant threat of severe damage.
