Looking for someone who is reliable and available ASAP to help remove flooded carpet, pad, cut out sheetrock, clean up debris, assist with cleanup due to Hurricane Sally at several properties. Can pay daily if needed. Looking for someone available ASAP. Must have reliable transportation. Once cleanup is completed, will need assistance with sheetrock, painting, flooring, moving items, etc.

I have multiple jobs to include vehicle and aircraft cleaning, mechanical repair and vehicle restoration, property repair and renovations, and deep cleaning at restaurant and shop.

Looking for a full time maintenance professional to assist in multiple capacities for many different businesses under the same owner.
Jobs will include everything from residential and commercial property repair and maintenance, cleaning (vehicles, properties, aircraft), to mechanical maintenance and vehicle repair.
Looking for someone to help in several difference capacities and work on assigned projects directly for the owner. This candidate will also need to be able to run errands, be flexible, and sometime work around customers from the different businesses. These businesses include property management company, property renovations, restaurant, and a flight school.
Job may even include vehicle restoration, landscaping, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and what ever else is needed for the business.

Looking for a handy maintenance man/woman helper who has flexible hours and is willing to do multiple tasks/jobs and wear many hats.

This position is a part time position initially with the potential for full time. Applicant will be working for multiple company’s but for the same owner.

Applicant must have a valid license and form of transportation.

Job duties will include but are not limited to painting, demo, cabinet install, minor plumbing and electrical, Sheetrock repair and installation, landscaping, and cleaning. Must be able to go from one job site to the other (sometimes more than one job site per day).
