02 – Comfortable morning beach walks - the humidity level is lower in the mornings and make walking the beach in the mornings really pleasant

03 – Festival Season! Enough said, who doesn't love a festival

04 – Sitting outside with a book doesn't involve as much sweating!

Being a Realtor is basically 10 jobs disguised as one.

Yes, I get to tour beautiful homes, hand over keys and put SOLD signs in yards.

But there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes that my clients never have to see and I actually love that part.

The research. The strategy. The negotiations. The follow-ups. The deadlines. The problem solving.
And occasionally putting out a fire before my client even knows there was one. 😅
