Small tabs. Big impact.

We're excited to share that BHGRE Main Street Properties, with the incredible help of Bagdad Elementary School, collected an amazing 127.9 pounds of pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House!

Those tiny aluminum tabs may seem small, but when recycled, they help generate funds that support families staying at Ronald McDonald House while their children receive medical care. The proceeds help offset operating costs, provide a welcoming place for families to stay, and allow parents to remain close to their child during difficult medical journeys.

A huge thank you to the students, staff, and families of Bagdad Elementary for helping us reach this milestone. This achievement is a wonderful reminder that when a community comes together, even the smallest contributions can create a meaningful impact.

We also want to shine a light on another important need. Ronald McDonald House is currently seeking volunteer groups to prepare and serve meals for families staying at the house. Church groups, real estate offices, title companies, insurance agencies, civic organizations, local businesses, and community groups are all encouraged to get involved. Volunteers can provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner and offer families a comforting meal during a challenging time.

Thank you to everyone who saved tabs, donated, and supported this effort. Together, we're helping keep families close when they need it most. ❤️

The housing market is shifting in buyers' favor. Active inventory is up 8.9% compared to last year, home prices have fallen 2.4%, the biggest weekly drop on record since Realtor.com started tracking in 2018, and homes are taking six days longer to sell.

It's the third straight week of price declines, and Realtor.com economists say the slowdown "goes beyond normal seasonality." Mortgage rates are also lower than they were a year ago, with the average 30-year fixed rate at 6.11% for the week ending Feb. 5, according to Freddie Mac.
