Sold before the open house, but that wasn’t the hard part.

1940s home, insurance hurdles, and a full rewire required to get to closing. Older homes bring a lot of character, but in today’s market, they also require the right approach to navigate inspections, insurance, and lender requirements.

Hardwood floors over LVP or laminate any day. I love the mix of classic bungalow charm with updates where it really counts. The oversized lot is tough to beat, and the thought of fresh eggs in my own backyard honestly seals the deal 🥚
