THIRD LAWSUIT THIS MONTH AGAINST NAR – DISMISSED AGAIN!

This time, it was filed by Maurice Muhammad, a real estate practitioner from Pennsylvania (unclear who he really is — could be an investor).
He accused NAR and local associations of “monopoly” and “discrimination,” claiming MLS violates antitrust laws.

The judge spent 50 pages to make it clear:
— No monopoly.
— No discrimination.
— NAR follows the law, promotes fair competition, and operates under transparent rules.

Here’s the reality check:
From the outside, it may seem like: “Why hire a Realtor? It’s expensive!”
Especially when an investor shows up saying:
“Sell your home to us for cash and skip the commission!”

But in practice:
✅A Realtor earns ~5% commission.
✅An investor usually convinces you to sell 30–40% below market value.
✅And that “cash”? Often hard money, which is just high-interest financing.

That’s why true transparency and competition benefit the client.
While some people file lawsuits, we keep helping clients buy and sell homes honestly, legally, and profitably.

Of course, today your feed is probably glowing with sparkly photos and Realtor selfies — because Pensacola Association of REALTORS® just turned 100🎉🎂🎈
Yes, yes, cheers to the big milestone!

And let’s be honest — I won’t be the only one posting today 😄
There are over 2,500 REALTORS® in the association…
And only about 200 lucky seats at the luncheon.
So technically, every 12th agent got a golden ticket 🍽️
That means your feed should have exactly 200 celebratory posts today. And here’s mine 🙋‍♀️

But jokes aside — I was genuinely happy to see so many faces I usually only talk to via Facebook, ShowingTime requests, or writing up offers.
Seeing each other without a deadline or showing schedule? Truly rare and wonderful. 💛
