Sorry, no today. This week has been crazy. The only wandering I've done has been to clean one of my rentals that a tenant left in really bad shape. This is the life of a landlord. Not so glamorous.

We had so much fun on our this week. Saturday night I surprised the husband with a murder mystery dinner. It was being hosted at The Vineyard on 12th Avenue, which is always fantastic. We had never participated in a dinner like this, but it won't be our last. Improbable Cause Mystery Theater did a great job. The actors and actresses were very engaging, funny and worked seamlessly together. The one we did was called Wild, Wild Death. Someone poisoned the sheriff and our job was to figure out who. The cast wanders through the audience and you can ask questions. Clues are presented for you to inspect. The cast stayed in character and improvised so well throughout the questioning from the audience. Look them up on Facebook and book one of their many upcoming events. You won't be disappointed!

took us to Milton and Holland Farms. The sunflower fields were beautiful! We also rode a hay ride to the pumpkin patch where we got to pick our own pumpkin. There were goats to pet, plenty of photo opportunities and various games to try. You can also stock up on boiled peanuts or cool down with a Sno Ball. The gnats were bad, so I would advise taking some bug spray. Despite that nuisance, a very fun afternoon.

So newly open, they are still running on a limited menu. We got steamed dumplings for an appetizer and Pad Thai and Thai Basil Chicken for our meals. All the food was fantastic. I got a level 3 on the 1-5 hotness scale and it was HOT. I'm excited to see the full menu.
