One of the biggest challenges with new construction is that it can feel beautifulā€¦ but lack personality.

For this stunning waterfront home, weā€™re doing much more than decoratingā€”weā€™re completely reimagining the layout to make it work for the way our clients live.

The media room is becoming a luxurious primary suite, allowing the bedroom and bath to capture the incredible water views. That meant rethinking every square foot to create a spa-worthy bathroom and a custom walk-in closet without sacrificing function.

After a lot of planning, sketching, and refining, we found the layout that just clicks. We canā€™t wait to bring this vision to life.

Never underestimate the workout hiding in house chores. šŸ˜‚šŸ’Ŗ

I just spent the last hour wrestling this slipcoverā€¦ and letā€™s just say it won a few rounds. But in the end, I came out victorious (and definitely closed my fitness rings).

Buying a white sofa with two kids and dogs may have been one of my more questionable life choicesā€¦ šŸ˜‚ But if I had to do it all over again tomorrow, Iā€™d order this exact same couch without hesitation.

Still my favorite piece of furniture. šŸ¤
