To avoid missing an important email from the HOA, create a Contact for the HOA Management company on your smart phone and/or email address book. Fill in the appropriate fields....

ANNUAL HOA MEETING 3/11/25 @ 5:30pm
There are 3 open Board positions up for re-election. To date, only 3 people have submitted interest in running (2 current Board members asking to be re-elected), which means there will be no election if nobody else expresses interest in running when it is asked if anyone wishes to be nominated from the floor.

Annual Board Meeting Election MARCH 11 @ 5:30pm at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church

The bylaws require that our Annual meeting take place in January. This is a very important meeting where new Board members are elected.

Since that has come and gone with zero communication from our Board - please keep a vigilant eye out in your emails for a notice. It is very likely that you will get one invite and one invite only notifying you of the date/time/place.

I encourage any homeowner who is interested in creating a more transparent and accountable Board to consider creating a brief candidate statement and running for a position.

Now is the time to be looking at pruning your Crepe Myrtles. The link contains many articles about the tree, but a short scroll will show an article on the different types/effects of pruning.

Winter is a great time to get out in the garden. Though hard pruning is not required, you can improve your Crapemyrtle's appearance by removing seed pods, pruning branches that cross as well as small twiggy growth. For more info, search Crapemyrtle
