Mortgage Rates Holding Steady Near Yearly Lows! 📉

Great news for homebuyers and those looking to refinance! Mortgage rates edged even lower this week, keeping borrowing costs near their lowest levels of the year.

The Numbers:

30-Year Fixed: 6.21% (Down from 6.22% last week)

15-Year Fixed: 5.47% (Down from 5.54% last week)

With inflation reports looking encouraging and the Fed continuing to adjust its policy, we’re seeing much more favorable conditions than this time last year when rates were nearing 7%.
