Hello, my name is Julie Konrad and I’ve been a resident of Pensacola, FL since 2018 after moving here from Nashville, TN and I am very proud to now call this area my forever home! After vacationing here for several years I married into the Navy life and fortunately that life brought us here. My personal favorites about living here include: our sparkling white beaches, our gorgeous sunsets, and the Downtown Pensacola area-which is vibrant and cozy all at the same time, and is the location for several outdoor festivals including our annual “Pensacola Seafood Festival”. However I have to say the real showstopper here has to simply be the people who live here and just how extremely friendly they are! Our area is also conveniently located within a relatively short driving distance from other great cities such as New Orleans and Orlando, and the city of Destin is just right down the road! Whether you have a growing family or you are looking for a place to retire Pensacola is the perfect place to be!
I’ve spent the past 30 years working as a Registered Nurse, most recently as a Kidney Transplant Coordinator, and I feel lucky that I can continue to help people but in a very different way. I chose to work for Coldwell Banker Realty in part because it’s the oldest, largest and most elite real estate company in our great country. My personal goal is to provide top-notch real estate knowledge and guidance to my customers while paying attention to every detail along the way. When I work for you I strive to make buying or selling your home not only a successful transaction but a wonderful, low stress experience. I have a strong work ethic and I live by the motto my Dad instilled in me as a child and that is, “No matter what work you do, do it better than everyone else.” With that being said, I would be honored to work for you.
