A lot of buyers are waiting for mortgage rates to drop.

But here’s something most people don’t realize.

The 50-year average mortgage rate is about 7.7%.

During the pandemic we saw rates under 3%. That was historically unusual.

Today’s rates are actually much closer to normal.

The real question buyers should ask isn’t, “Will rates drop?”

It’s “How do I make a smart move in this market?”
