How did I grow the business? It started one person at a time. 🤝

No big audience. No fancy marketing strategy. Just conversations, relationships, and referrals.

In the beginning, a lot of my business came from simply talking to people, telling them what I was doing, and letting those relationships grow organically.

That taught me something I still believe today: people do business with people they trust.

The tools have changed. Social media has changed. The way we market has changed.

But relationships? Those still matter. ❤️

Why did I get my real estate license? 🏡

Honestly? Because I’ve always been curious about real estate, and once I got into it, I wanted to understand the business from every angle.

So yes… I’m the person who can spend an entire workday listening to real estate podcasts, market updates, and conversations about investing. 😂
