My buyer went under contract on a brand-new home, and one simple ask just saved him thousands of dollars over the life of his loan. 👀💰

Being a first time homebuyer is exciting, but it can also be expensive. My goal is always to look beyond just getting you under contract and find ways to keep as much money in your pocket as possible.

So I asked the builder one simple question, “Can we buy down his interest rate?” And they said YES!!!

Now my buyer got a lower interest rate, a lower monthly payment, ALL of his closing costs covered, a free fridge and blinds for the entire home, AND a brand-new home. 🏡

Roughly $50/month in savings on your mortgage payment every month might not sound huge at first, but that adds up to THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the life of the loan!!

Kyle is originally from Woodstock, IL, and made the move to Pensacola in 2022. After experiencing the move to the Gulf Coast himself, he knows just how much goes into finding the right home and getting settled in a new area.

I was asked for the first time today at closing how my clients and I knew each other and when my buyer said “I met her from TikTok” it made me sit back for a second and realize how crazy it is that some silly little app can turn from just mindlessly scrolling to becoming a homeowner 🥹

This transaction was filled with hurdles, unexpected bumps, and plenty of moments where we had to figure out the next steps but we made it through and FINALLY got to the closing table!!! 🔑

I’m forever grateful for every client who finds me through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, a referral, or anywhere else and decides to put their trust in me and my team. There are so many agents you could choose, and the fact that you choose US to guide you through one of the biggest purchases of your life means more than you know.

So here’s your reminder that sometimes scrolling TikTok really can lead to something productive… like getting the keys to your first home 😂🔑
