🏡 CLOSING DAY SUCCESS STORY! 🇺🇸🎉

What started as a conversation about renting turned into HOMEOWNERSHIP!

My VA buyer came to me thinking renting was the best option, but after looking at the benefits available through his VA loan and the Homes for Heroes program, he realized buying made much more sense. Yesterday, him and his wife officially closed on their home AND received $4,270 back in his pocket through Homes for Heroes!
